The Discalced Carmelite Secular communities within the California-Arizona Province of St. Joseph.
We meet on the 4th Sunday each month, currently at St. Stephen the Martyr parish in Renton, WA
Visitors may be invited to join our Aspirant class to further discern a vocation to the Discalced Carmelite Seculars. Once the year as an Aspirant is completed, one may be invited to enter regular formation. This five-year formation program seeks to inform the Candidate about Carmelite spirituality, develop a practice of meditative prayer, and encourage a life of community that lives the Beatitudes.
